Monday, March 17, 2014

The National Stock Exchange of Australia, Australia's second largest listing market, is pleased to welcome RFM Poultry (NSX: RFP) to the NSX official list. Trading commenced today, 17 March 2014. RFM Poultry is one of Australia's largest contract chicken growers, supplying around 30 million birds per annum. It has long term supply contracts ranging from 11 to 26 years with Bartter Enterprises, a subsidiary of Baiada Poultry. The listing of RFM Poultry on NSX gives investors access to a profitable, income producing business in Australia's food production sector. NSX Chief Executive Emlyn Scott welcomed the listing of RFM Poultry. "NSX has been working with Rural Funds Management, the manager of RFM Poultry, through a significant period of change. The listing of RFM Poultry is the culmination of a successful reorganisation and listing process. We welcome Rural Funds Management's directors and staff and the unitholders of RFM Poultry to the National Stock Exchange and wish them well."
