NSX offers the choice of four main listing routes:
Capital Raising Listing
- A prospectus must be lodged with ASIC. The regulated disclosure document provides investors with detailed information to make an informed investment decision.
- Offers the minimum number of restrictions for a listed company as there are no capital raising limits and investors can be made up of both retail and wholesale investors.
Direct Entry
– not raising capital
- No prospectus is required.
- You are currently an unlisted (public or soon to be public) company, seeking admission to the NSXA Official List.
- You cannot raise any capital three months either side of the listing application.
Compliance Listing
– not raising capital
- No prospectus is required.
- You must be already listed on a recognised stock exchange seeking to transfer your listing to NSX.
- You cannot raise any capital three months either side of the listing application.
- You may be looking to spin-off via a demerger from or reorganisation of a listed entity, with securities in the new entity to be distributed in-specie to the existing listed entity shareholders.
- NSXA has a Fast-Track Compliance Listing service for Issuers wishing to move from another Australian exchange.
- Fast-Track requires no new significant documents by the Issuer and offers a significant discount on application fees.
