NSX welcomes any feedback from its customers. NSX takes seriously any feedback it receives and uses this feedback to identify areas of improvement so as to provide the highest degree of market integrity to its customers.

To provide general feedback please use our online form. If you wish to make a complaint then please follow the process below.

Report Issuer or Participant Misconduct

Submitting your complaint must be done online by selecting the complaint option and following the steps in the submission form. Complaints and all supporting documents must be in English. If you are unable to provide the supporting documentation in English please use the Translating & Interpreting National Services (TIS) - operated by the Australian Department of Immigration and Border Protection to arrange an English version of your complaint.

To file a complaint, you will need to include the following information:

  • Your Contact Details: Name and email address (mandatory), address, phone number(s)
  • The NSX security code and name (if applicable)
  • Name of the NSX participant (if applicable)
  • Supporting documentation
  • A detailed description of the complaint

NSX discourages the submission of anonymous complaints or comments. Although anonymous complaints or comments will be noted, we may not be able to proceed with them further as we may need to contact the complainant in seeking substantiation (including sending us relevant documents) of the alleged matters.

If you have relevant documents please send us a copy, not the original. You will be contacted in the event the original documentation is required.

Suspected breaches of the Australian Corporations Act

Should your complaint allege any suspected contravention of a provision of the Corporations Act, including director duties, market manipulation, insider trading, misconduct or false and misleading statements please contact the financial regulator - Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC)

How we treat your complaint

NSX endeavours to acknowledge all the complaints as quickly as possible. Depending on the nature of the complaints, the time frame for resolution may vary. NSX will contact the complainant if any further information is required to assist with the investigation of the alleged conduct.
