Our exchange technology operates using the world leading FinTech Nasdaq X-Stream trading platform and SMARTS Market Surveillance system, and run on the state of the art market infrastructure.

Regulation

The National Stock Exchange of Australia is the holder and operator of a Tier 1 market operators license and is subject to regulation by ASIC and is accountable to the Federal Minister and Treasury. Our issuers and brokers are subject to the highest of legislative requirements for capital raising, director’s duties, continuous and period disclosures, and corporate actions.
