The Newcastle Stock Exchange (“NSX”) has approved the Company’s admission of their partly paid warrants. Heritage Gold NZ Limited is listed on the Australian Stock Exchange Code: HTM. Heritage Gold Limited Warrants will also be traded on the NZSE. Heritage Gold’s Warrant securities will be quoted on the NSX from the commencement of trading on Monday 1st July 2002.
