NSX welcomes international competition and compliance expert as Head of Compliance and Regulation The NSX is pleased to welcome Michelle Coco to the role of Head of Compliance and Regulation for the National Stock Exchange of Australia, effective from 19 March 2018. Michelle brings extensive experience in the areas of compliance and competition to the National Stock Exchange, having formerly held roles including: · Lead Competition, Compliance & Regulatory Counsel for Vodafone UK; · Senior Competition & Regulatory Counsel for the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC); and · Assistant Director for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
