William Knox Corporate Pty Limited ("William Knox") was founded in April 1999 as a Sydney based boutique investment bank which at the time focused primarily on corporate finance advisory services with a focus to management of the equity side of the balance sheet (shareholder's funds). Through continued development of the brand, and with a focus to recruiting the right balance of team players, services now extend to encompass a range of investment banking services specifically addressed to meet the needs of Australian based listed and unlisted small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Our focus is Australia, with a global reach. More information about William Knox Corporate is available at: http://https://www.nsx.com.au/members/mempro2.asp?id=12 -------------------------------------------------------- Australian Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) call for Submissions (by 1st March 2002) -------------------------------------------------------- The NSX supports the JORC Reporting Standard as part of its Listing Rules. The Joint Ore Reserves Committee (JORC) has commenced a review of the JORC Code. The revision has been deemed desirable because of the substantial developments which have occurred overseas since the last JORC Code revision, with South Africa, Canada, United States and UK/Western Europe all releasing revised reporting codes since 1999. All of these documents have been based on the 1999 JORC Code, and some include clauses which may be an improvement on the JORC Code. In addition, we believe that there are sections of the 1999 JORC Code, in particular those relating to reporting at the "pre-resource" stage and to the conversion from Mineral Resources to Ore Reserves, which could be improved in the light of comments received by JORC since release of the September 1999 version. Thus the committee now issues a public call for submissions for review of the JORC Code. The committee would particularly welcome submissions addressing the matters listed above, but submissions on any matter related to the Code would be welcome. Submissions should follow the format outlined below and be forwarded to the JORC Secretary by e-mail to mailto:info@jorc.org or to mailto:secjorc@gil.com.au or by fax to (07) 3279 1565 Full details and comments form available at: http://https://www.nsx.com.au/wnews/newsview.asp?ID=23 Full JORC Reporting Standard is available as an NSX Practice Note: http://https://www.nsx.com.au/rules/pnotes.asp -------------------------------------------------------- Listing Kit Requests -------------------------------------------------------- Companies or Security issuers wishing to list on the NSX should obtain a full listing kit. Requests for Listing Kits can be made online at: http://https://www.nsx.com.au/ListingGuide/default.asp Further Information can be obtained by contacting the NSX Sydney or Newcastle Offices below. -------------------------------------------------------- NSX Fidelity Fund -------------------------------------------------------- The Stock Exchange of Newcastle Limited maintains investor confidence in the integrity of its markets by regulating the conduct of market participants and monitoring market activity for any irregularities.
