2016 begins at a pace

The National Stock Exchange of Australia, Australia's market for growth companies, has started 2016 at a pace with a new listing and new nominated adviser. Air Change International Limited (NSX:AC1) ) commences quotation on Monday 4 January. Air Change International is a Sydney-based company specialising in the design and manufacture of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment. It has recently established manufacturing capabilities in Malaysia and is positioning for growth from its patented technology. The company joins NSX from ASX. Air Change International's Managing Director Neil Fimeri said “We are delighted to be joining NSX. NSX listing rules suit smaller companies like Air Change International. We have been impressed with NSX’s service and endeavour to meet our needs and we look forward to a successful listing.” Corporate adviser Biztrack Consultants became an NSX nominated adviser effective from 1 January. Hong Kong-based Biztrack is the third offshore NSX nominated adviser, joining Southasia Advisory and Shanghai ChuCheng Investment Management. Biztrack has already acted as a corporate advisor to NSX-listed companies I M Quarries and SHKL Group. NSX Chief Executive Emlyn Scott said “2015 was a good year for NSX.
