NSX Welcomes Enprise Group Limited Flotation
Friday, February 1, 2013
The National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX), Australia's second largest listing stock exchange, welcomes Enprise Group Limited (NSX: ENS) as the latest floatation onto the growing NSX market.
NSX has successfully added Enprise Group Limited (NSX: ENS), a specialist MYOB EXO enterprise implementation, support and consulting firm with more than 700 customers across New Zealand and Australia, and software developer on applications for SAP’s Business One software, with a global customer base.
Enprise Group was previously listed on the ASX and decided in late 2012 to delist and subsequently list on the NSX. They now have the status as an Australian publically listed company on the National Stock Exchange of Australia.
Enprise Group is the first listing on NSX in 2013 and will likely be in good company as NSX currently enjoys the strongest pipeline since its establishment in 2000.
Emlyn Scott, CEO of the National Stock Exchange, said: “We are very pleased to have a quality company like Enprise Group join our market. Their option to list on NSX reflects the unique service that we offer to SMEs and the tireless work that’s been happening to enhance the market over the past 12 months. I believe that the listing of Enprise Group represents the perfect start to a bright 2013 for NSX and Enprise. “
