NSX expands nominated adviser ranks

The National Stock Exchange of Australia (NSX), Australia’s second largest listing stock exchange, is pleased to advise further expansion of the ranks of Nominated Advisers with three new firms being admitted this week. NSX Nominated Advisers support listings on the NSX market, providing a solid framework of corporate and compliance advice.
The three new Nominated Adviser firms are
- Fox Tucker Lawyers
- Morgan Cradock
- Sparke Helmore Lawyers
Fox Tucker Lawyers is a full-service commercial firm encompassing a team of over 70 people, headquartered in Adelaide, with additional offices in Melbourne and Shanghai.
Morgan Cradock provides corporate finance advice on acquisitions, family succession and recapitalisations. In addition, Morgan Cradock seeks investment opportunities in lower middle-market companies on behalf of its syndicate of investors. Morgan Cradock has offices in Newcastle and Sydney.
Sparke Helmore Lawyers has a boutique offering, servicing mid-market M&A, ECM and private equity. Their team has significant M&A experience, having acted on a large number of acquisitions, divestments and buy-outs in corporate and private equity deals.
