Australian Wine Exchange (AWX)

AWX Capital Limited (AWX), Australia's first issuer of innovative Wine Class Shares, has announced the first in a rolling series of Initial Public Offers (IPO) for shares in premium-quality Australian wine. The first prospectus,
which comprises 20 separate IPOs, was opened on September 25, 2001.

The first prospectus will provide 20 new listings for the NSX.
An official event, to be officiated by The Federal Minister for Financial Services and Regulation, The Hon Joe Hockey MP will be held on Friday 19th October 2001 10:00am at the NSX to mark the inaugural launch of the First Prospectus
for Wine Class Shares.

the NSX has released its redesigned website http://https://www.nsx.com.au. The aim of the redesign is to enhance the access of information to investors, listed companies, member brokers , nominated advisers and
information vendors.
Mr Steven Pritchard, Chairman of the NSX, stated that " The NSX website is the main window for those seeking information on NSX listed stocks. The site is crucial in disseminating information about the new Wine Class Shares
when the Australian Wine Exchange Lists in December 2001.
The NSX website underscores the vision of the NSX to be a vehicle of growth for companies raising capital."
The NSX web site has been designed to recognise that there are many people, in differing roles and outlooks, who have divergent informational needs.
FOR THOSE LOOKING AT THE MARKET
Information is available on new floats, the latest traded prices (delayed 20 minutes), daily and monthly security prices, delayed and real time company news, and the NSX All Equites Index. Investors can search for NSX member
brokers, find out about trading & settlement, find who is listed, and even purchase books in the NSX investment and management book store.
FOR COMPANIES WISHING TO LIST
Contact information and requirements for listing are available on the site. Also there are profiles for official nominated advisers. All lodgement of relevant announcements can be made online using the NSX's Regulatory News Services Announcements System.
FOR MEMBER BROKERS
Contact information and Business Rules are available for Member Brokers. Member Brokers also each have a profile so that investors, wishing to trade in NSX listed securities, can contact them easily and find out about the
range of services they offer.

NEW APPOINTMENTS

Paul Seymour, previously the Director of Operations at Salomon Smith Barney has been appointed the Director of Operations of the NSX.
The NSX is pleased to announce the Appointment of Mr Scott Evans as General Manager of the NSX. Prior to commencing with the NSX, Mr Evans was an independent consultant involved in a variety of projects in the Finance,
Health and Education Industries. Mr Evans was with the
Australian Stock Exchange as National Manager, Information Products and with Reuters PLC as Historical Database Manager
Asia-Pacific.
Also, joining the NSX is Jane Thorley who brings a wealth of experience in back office management gained from 15 years experience with Salomon Smith Barney.
