We are a right-sized corporate advisory and consultancy company based in Singapore. We trace our roots back to 1998 when our predecessor firm was formed. We provide clients with high quality management and financial consulting services, practicable and workable solutions which specifically addresses each individual client's unique needs, and to do so within a quick response time. Our service motto is simple: Practical, Effective & Timely.

Our service team is led by two executive directors one who is a barrister and the other a chartered accountant. Together, our executive directors have a combined experience of more than forty years successfully completing a variety of transactions involving clients in diverse industries.

Track record

Our extensive track record for transactions in Australia includes:

• being corporate advisor to the first ever privately owned Chinese mining company to be listed on a stock exchange outside of China and Hong Kong when it listed on ASX in 2010. This listing is the third largest IPO on ASX by amount raised that year;
• being corporate advisor to the first ever Chinese exploration company to be listed on a major stock exchange in the world when it listed on ASX in 2012.
