Each application for listing shall consist of the following:



  • a formal letter of application

  • various supporting documnets specified in Rule 4.5

  • subject to paragraph 2, a disclosure document that complies with the requirements set out in Rules 4.6 and 4.7; and

  • the appropriate fees
Waiver Requested:

That the application requirements be waived for entities migrating from the BSX market of SIM Venture Securities Exchange
Effect of Waiver:

Subject to provision of an executed issuer's undertaking, the application procedures set out in rule 4.4(1) are waived for MBK and TCB who are migrating from the BSX market of SIM Venture Securities Exchange
