Phillip Securities (formerly State One Stockbroking) is an Australian-owned financial services group that forms part of the Phillip Capital Group head quartered in Singapore. Phillip Securities has been operating since 1993. Phillip Securities became a full Market Participant of the Australian Securities Exchange Ltd ("ASX") in 2000 and Cboe Australia Pty Ltd ("Cboe") in 2012.
