History

Founded in late 2023, Confidant Partners is led by David Hwang (Managing Director), Andrew Whitten (Executive Chairman) and Belinda Cleminson (Principal and Chief Learning Officer).

Our principals collectively have over 60 years' experience sitting on Boards and advising ASX listed entities. Having previously founded, managed and built the largest outsourced company secretarial and corporate legal service provider in Australia - we know a thing or two about the unique needs of pre-IPO and ASX listed entities - which ultimately, is based on a sincere and unwavering trust, when it comes to delivering timely, accurate and pragmatic advice.
